Liz is our qualified Reiki Master, training in Reiki 1 and 2 in 2012, then after this became a Reiki Master in 2020 after several years of practice!

Reiki is performed by the ‘laying-on of hands’ The therapist channels life energy through their hands to the recipient for the purpose of healing body, mind & spirit. A truly relaxing treatment. A wonderful treatment using the natural power of crystals and gemstones to aid healing. Crystal Healing involves placing crystals on the body to align the body's energy centres "Chakras" releasing any emotional, mental or spiritual blocks to well-being.

The Goddess Facial - 1 hour £50
The Goddess Facial is the ultimate pampering experience. The techniques used will nourish and hydrate the skin leaving it feeling truly gorgeous. Includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, facial massage using either the Rose Quartz or Green Jade Crystal

Further information on Reiki

Reiki is a natural healing system, administered through touch, which allows the body to absorb more life force energy. The energy involved is the universal energy that surrounds all living things. Reiki stimulates the body's own ability to heal itself, helping to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

A Reiki treatment is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The treatment takes place whilst the client lays fully clothed in our relaxing massage room. Liz will channel universal energy through your hands this happens by placing your hands in various Reiki positions on or near the body starting with the head. Each position is held (without any pressure) for a few minutes. During a treatment you will generally feel a pleasant sensation of warmth or gentle tingling in the area being affected. You may even fall asleep!

A Reiki treatment affects each individual in a very unique and personal way. It is not necessary to feel anything during your treatment in order for the Reiki energy to work. The results often depend on the needs (which are not always obvious).

Abbie has been gifted from birth so is a born psychic medium, she has been working with her gift for 30 years, she is also a psychic artist and can either use sketching pencils or pastels. She uses no tools to aid her gift.

Abbie has a counselling background from 1990s her counselling skills aid Abbie in her understanding of emotional trauma with regards to life's pathway. Her counselling background also aids her work with the understanding of an ethical framework.
